Climate Futures researcher Tom Remenyi was interviewed by BBC journalist Hywel Griffith for a news segment about the tourism boom in Tasmania. Tom discussed climate change impacts including increasing fire risk and biosecurity risks in Tasmania. Despite increasing risk from climate change impacts, he said, the climatic outlook in Tasmania is more positive than for much of the Australian mainland.
